About Mimico Co-operative Homes

Located in the City of Etobicoke (1 Summerhill Rd.), the Co-op is steps away from a beautiful lake view. Incorporated in 1986, it consists of a 14 storey high-rise building with 153 suites, which includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and 13 accessible units. There are also 19 town homes, which include 3 and 4 bedrooms units. The building has an office, two elevators; underground parking garage, a recreation room with kitchen facilities and a laundry room with 10 washers and 10 dryers.
